Day-of-Wedding Planning

Day-of-Wedding Planning is recommended for the couple that has already started planning but needs some help to book additional vendors, create a design plan and or tie up loose ends. Day-of-wedding planning allows you to select which services you require help with and which ones you’ll handle. Let us take care of as much or as little of the planning as you need! If you have booked most of your vendors but need help finding the rest, we are happy to make that happen. Feeling stuck creatively, we can help with the design.

We will create a detailed timeline, contact the vendors for formal introductions, check timelines confirming day of contact information and review copies of all contracts to clarify all contractual obligations of all vendors. On the day of the wedding our responsibilities would be to be present at the venue and ensure every detail is set up the way you have envisioned it. Our wedding team will be the liaison between the bride and the vendors for the day. This greatly relieves the bride of unnecessary stress, during the ceremony and reception. Our responsibility is to ensure everything runs smoothly.

With our Full Service Wedding Planning services, we are ready to be your expert partner in guiding and advising you every step of the way. We will be there from your first purchase to when the last guest departs, to make sure it’s the day you have always dreamed about. You get to enjoy all the fun aspects of planning your wedding, while avoiding the stress and anxiety that can occur.

We start with getting to know you both, your styles, your likes, your favorite foods and colors and then help you choose the right venue that meets your expectations and budget and pair you with our curated list of amazing vendors! Day-of-wedding coordination is also included in this package. We have planned and designed weddings for 20 to 200 guests in venues throughout Key West and Florida Keys. Our couples’ budgets generally begin at $5,000-$10,000 exclusive of planning fees.
